At Higharc, our core mission is to empower homebuilders to create superior homes and communities with greater affordability. We recognized that homebuilding practices hadn't fundamentally changed in a century, and we set out to change that by automating architecture, sales, and construction processes through a web-based platform. This vision was born from our CEO Marc Minor's personal frustrations with the home building process in early 2018. Drawing from his experiences at the forefront of software and generative design at companies like Carbon3D and Desktop Metal, Marc envisioned a way to apply these transformative technologies to an industry still reliant on traditional methods. He believed in using technology to make communities more personal and embarked on this journey, leaving the 3D printing world behind.
