We are Arthrex, a global leader in multispecialty minimally invasive surgical technology, scientific research, manufacturing, and medical education. Our journey began in 1980, sparked by the vision of our President and Founder, Reinhold Schmieding, who anticipated the revolutionary impact arthroscopy would have on sports medicine and orthopedics. From a simple drafting table in Munich, Germany, we've grown into a worldwide company dedicated to a singular mission: Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better™.

Our commitment to innovation is relentless. Each year, we develop over 1,000 new products and procedures designed to advance minimally invasive orthopedic surgery, trauma care, spine treatments, cardiothoracic procedures, orthobiologics, and arthroplasty. We also specialize in cutting-edge 4K multispecialty surgical visualization and OR integration technology solutions. This drive for advancement stems from our core value of 'Making People Better.' Whether it's an elite athlete striving to return to their game or an active adult seeking to maintain their quality of life, we are passionate about providing the tools and techniques that make a tangible difference. We take immense pride in manufacturing the majority of our products in America, with facilities in Florida, South Carolina, and California, and our global headquarters in Naples, Florida, serves as an international education hub for healthcare professionals. With a family business culture that blends German and American philosophies, we foster an environment of collaboration and unwavering quality, ensuring that healthcare professionals and their patients receive the very best.
