As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and updating the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, managing all logistics and ensuring a positive experience.
- Prepare and send offer letters and onboarding materials to selected candidates.
- Coordinate the background check process and ensure compliance with relevant hiring regulations.
- Work closely with hiring managers and HR team to update and maintain job descriptions and requirements.
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates, as needed.
- Support recruitment team with various administrative tasks, such as organizing recruitment events and maintaining recruitment reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders, serving as a point of contact and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on recruitment best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
