Role Overview:

We are looking to hire a driven Finance Business Partner to support its Google Cloud services business. The purpose of this newly created role is to provide first class financial and management information and strategic advice to the Senior Leadership Team.

Responsibilities:

• Providing accurate and timely information to the senior leadership team to enable better understanding of financial performance of the CTS Services business
• Management, preparation and communication of divisional P&L, management reports and budgets
• Providing commercial and operational financial advice to the division.
• Deliver high quality financial analysis and interpretation, including trending, benchmarking and KPI analysis to support the division business making processes in the operational, marketing and sales teams
• Work with and support the wider Finance team in supporting key growth, business change initiatives and cost reduction programmes

Requirements

Key Skills:

• Qualified accountant
• Experience within industry and preferably of working within an FBP role or similar position
• Strong track record of partnering commercially with leadership structure
• Be able to provide clear and concise reports with appropriate advice
• Excellent financial planning and commercial analysis experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Well structured planning and organisational skills
• Team player able to build good relationships and confidence at all levels

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of IT Services businesses
• Keen to learn about Google technologies
