Position Overview: Appen, a leader in AI training solutions, is searching for a Product Marketing Manager focusing on AI and Machine Learning (ML). This role calls for an individual who is passionate about AI/ML technologies and adept at promoting our AI/ML products through compelling positioning, strategic messaging, and impactful go-to-market strategies. As a pivotal member ofour marketing team, your mission will be to amplify the success and adoption of our AI/ML offerings.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with various teams within the company to ensure a cohesive brand message and to leverage cross-functional expertise. Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand values and business objectives. Create a diverse range of content (blog posts, infographics, video scripts, newsletters, eBooks, and more) that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement. Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube. This includes content planning, publishing, and community engagement. Keep up with industry trends and adapt content strategies to maintainrelevance and effectiveness. Use analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on content and social media performance. Utilize insights to optimize future strategies and campaigns. Qualifications: Portfolio of content that demonstrates exceptional writing, storytelling, and content creation skills across various formats and channels.(Required) Proven experience in content marketing and social media management, ideally within the technology or data services sector. Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and best practices. Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools, with the ability to produce visually compelling content. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for working effectively across teams. A proactive mindset, with the ability to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
