The Director, A+ Engagement will serve as a key liaison between Aledade Plus’ clinical and administrative hands-on practice extension solutions and our national network of primary care practices whose patients we serve. This role will need to develop relationships across diverse Aledade Plus programs, core Aledade teams, and our partner practices and quickly develop subject matter expertise across a variety of initiatives.

Primary Duties:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for practices and Aledade’s field team across multiple programs, building rapport and trust through proactive communication and support.
  • Create and manage a bidirectional process that efficiently ingests stakeholder feedback and links to solutions A+ has to offer. Identify and define objective “engagement” metrics.
  • Analyze data and metrics to track engagement within and across programs, identify opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations for optimizing engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Aledade’s field team, marketing and communications, product, and others to align efforts and deliver a seamless practice experience.
  • Serve as lead for A+ Market Leader Insights Group, drafting agendas, developing materials, and owning ongoing communications with Market Leaders who have volunteered to advise A+ on initiatives and rollouts.
  • Monitor existing feedback channels and conduct regular check-ins with key practice and field leaders to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead the resolution of escalated practice and field issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in a relevant field. Business, health care management, public health, or other related fields preferred. If applying with a different degree, must have demonstrated interest in healthcare through other experiences.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years of experience in a market-facing role (e.g., delivering presentations to customers and prospects), with a focus on healthcare service delivery strongly preferred.
  • Experience providing direct customer service support to customers or clients.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences, preferably including clinicians.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships at multiple levels of the organization and across technology, business, and operational teammates and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organization and time management, able to efficiently manage and execute across priorities and projects.
  • Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated to produce work that meets high standards.
  • Strong presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint / Google Slides.
  • Experience with, or interest in learning, Salesforce, Tableau, Monday.com
  • Comfortable tackling ambiguous problems with a high level of autonomy.
  • A collaborative team player with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree, preferred (MHA, MHSA, MPH, MBA)
