IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with ProServe experience or a proven record of managing multiple projects. The ideal candidate will not have experience limited to single long-term projects or government service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple technical projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk management.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and post-mortems.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English: We require candidates to have a professional level of English proficiency, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with international team members and clients.
• Proven experience in managing multiple technical projects in a dynamic environment.
• ProServe experience or equivalent project management experience in the tech industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern development practices.
