Job Description:

• Develop and implement IT governance, risk, and compliance framework, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify gaps in IT controls.
• Establish and maintain IT compliance monitoring and reporting mechanisms.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with IT policies and standards.
• Stay up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, or compliance.
• Strong understanding of IT controls and industry frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001).
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
