Who we are looking for

We are looking for passionate, multi-talented IT professionals with technology, design and business backgrounds, as well as a great propensity for creative problem-solving. Joining our local Scrum teams based in Athens, the successful candidate will work closely with domestic and international development teams.

Requirements

  • Design and implement SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and other features to enhance productivity and collaboration.
  • Uphold best practices for security, governance, and compliance within the SharePoint environment, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing SharePoint solutions, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SharePoint development, with proficiency in SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.
  • Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint Designer, PowerShell scripting, and REST API integration.
  • Solid understanding of SharePoint architecture, including site collections, content databases, service applications, and farm configuration.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Experience with building SPFx components with React is a plus.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer, Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator, or similar, are a plus.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
