We are currently looking to hire a highly motivated and results focused Senior Technical Team Leader. You may work from one of our offices in Athens, Thessaloniki, or Crete or work fully remotely. As a Senior Technical Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled professionals to deliver exceptional technical solutions to our clients. You will play a crucial role in not only providing technical guidance but also ensuring effective communication with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that exceed their expectations.
Tasks
More specifically you will be daily engaged in:
- Lead and manage a team of technical professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their growth and development;
- Hands-on software development, at minimum 50% of your time;
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements, objectives, and challenges, and effectively communicate these needs to the team;
- Develop and implement project release plans, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and the project resources are efficiently utilized;
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring they align with client requirements and industry best practices;
- Lead the Sprint planning and conduct regular team meetings to track progress, address any issues, and provide updates on project status;
- Serve as a technical expert, providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance to resolve complex technical issues;
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies, industry trends, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
