We are seeking a Sr LTD Case Manager to join our team at Aflac. The successful candidate will have experience in disability claims management and be able to work independently to make timely and accurate claim decisions. The role involves communicating effectively with customers, working with internal partners, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of disability claims management concepts and be able to articulate complex situations clearly and concisely.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5 or more years of LTD industry claims experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in product specific areas of STD, LTD or Account Management, and federal and state regulations governing these products and services
