I'm looking for a role where I can solve technical and customer workflow challenges, collaborate across teams, and improve operational efficiency through practical support and process improvement.

I'm the IT & Scheduling Coordinator at Benchmark Senior Living, where I support clinical staff by resolving scheduling, operational, and technical issues.

I coordinate staffing across nursing shifts, maintain payroll and employee records, and help ensure HIPAA compliance and data accuracy. I also partner with nursing leadership and HR to improve workflows and operational continuity.
