I’m looking for a remote-friendly operations role where I can own process accuracy, documentation, and compliance. I thrive coordinating stakeholders, troubleshooting workflow blockages, and continuously improving systems with practical, data-backed feedback.

I’m an Operations and administrative professional with 16+ years of experience across high-volume dispatch, documentation, and process coordination. I’m known for maintaining accuracy to real standards, spotting workflow blockages early, and keeping procedures audit-ready.

As an Independent Consultant — Operations, Admin & Editorial (2020–present), I coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder projects remotely, managing end-to-end renovation planning, cross-border logistics and documentation, and financial administration. I also deliver certified copyediting and thorough, structured feedback for manuscripts and promotional content.

Previously, I led daily operations for a 20+ person dispatch team in a compliance-driven manufacturing environment.
