At Deutsche Bank, I lead global UX and product strategy for 220+ enterprise applications, delivering £7M in platform savings and a 29% increase in operational productivity through the Digital Exchange platform. I also founded the Group Functions AI Design practice, establishing ethical GenAI and agentic AI governance frameworks for regulated enterprise workflows.
Across Deutsche Bank, Wipro, TCS, Maersk, Artesian Solutions, LANDESK, Affinion International, HSBC, and tier-1 financial services, I’ve built and led UX, research, and DesignOps teams; scaled design systems; embedded WCAG and compliance-by-design into delivery; and helped executives treat design as a core business capability. I’m also the author of Design as a Business Function, focused on driving revenue, efficiency, and risk reduction through UX and design.
