I build automations and AI tools because I genuinely enjoy it. Over the past five years, I’ve connected systems that weren’t meant to talk to each other, replaced manual processes with reliable workflows, and taught myself new platforms before anyone asked.

At Milk Mustache Media, I owned end-to-end results for a marketing automation agency serving 10+ service businesses. I built AI chatbot and voice assistant systems for lead qualification and appointment booking without human involvement, then designed multi-step automations connecting CRM, email, SMS, and third-party platforms via Make.com and Zapier—backed by API integrations that kept data in sync across booking tools, payment processors, and CRMs.

For Ferris State University, I built RecSports Hub, an internal portal replacing spreadsheets and email chains for the club sports program. I designed 11 automated form types with webhook pipelines into a structured database, shipped a multi-role dashboard with authentication and roster management for 500+ athletes, and documented the full architecture so non-technical staff could maintain it. Earlier, as Club Sports Program Director, I led operations for 500+ athletes, managed a $65,000 annual budget, and built systems to fix scheduling and communication bottlenecks before they became bigger problems.
