I’m a finance graduate and former Intern – Financial Department, with hands-on experience monitoring and recording incoming and outgoing transactions and supporting departmental processes.
I communicated directly with employees to support and process requests related to social security, medical assistance, and other administrative matters, and prepared monthly payrolls using Excel spreadsheets.
Since July 2022, I’ve worked as a Sales Agent / customer support, providing remote customer support through phone calls, chats, and email—promoting home service packages, assisting customers in selecting the right services, and converting leads into active clients through follow-up.
I also accurately record customer feedback and service requests in the internal system, raise customer complaints to the care team through the front desk workflow, coordinate solutions with providers (including cleaners training and visit updates), and keep customers satisfied by updating schedules based on location and leave details.
