I consult with clients on billing compliance, claims processing, and denial management. I also design and deliver training on RCM processes and payer guidelines, and use root cause analysis to help optimize revenue capture and reduce claim denials.

Previously, as Team Coach & RCM Specialist at Health Prime International, I developed SOPs for Patient AR, collections, and insurance updates. I supported quality assurance, trained team members, managed patient collections, and generated performance reports for leadership.
