I'm looking for office or remote opportunities where I can lead US healthcare RCM teams, resolve complex AR and denials, deliver training, and strengthen quality and process performance.

I've supported US healthcare revenue cycle operations at Access Healthcare, Omega Healthcare Solutions, Global Healthcare Billing Partners Solutions, AGS Health, and Medusind Solutions. At Access Healthcare, I guide a 17-member RCM team through complex AR, denials, claims resolution, payment posting, cash posting, quality reviews, and payer-specific escalations.

I build training modules, SOPs, workflows, assessments, and case studies, turning recurring QC findings into coaching and process improvements. My experience covers the full medical billing lifecycle, from claim submission and payment reconciliation to appeals, credit balances, unapplied cash, and account resolution.
