What I'm looking for

I’m looking to continue driving HR-to-payroll integrations end to end, partnering with HR and technical teams, and ensuring ACA/HIPAA compliance through clean data mapping, testing, and reliable automation in a fast-paced environment.

I’m a Tier 2 Payroll Integration Analyst/Team Lead who leads end-to-end payroll integration projects between clients’ HR/benefits administration platforms and third-party payroll vendors like Paylocity, ADP, and Paycom. I serve as the primary liaison between HR teams and technical teams to deliver accurate data mapping, eligibility configuration, and payroll file automation.

I translate complex business needs into technical specifications—coordinating integration requirements, testing, and issue resolution to keep projects on track. I’m recognized for consistently completing implementations ahead of schedule while maintaining high client satisfaction scores.

I also provide ongoing post-implementation support, assisting with file audits, process improvements, and vendor troubleshooting to reduce payroll errors and maintain compliance with ACA and HIPAA standards. Before this role, I built a strong foundation in claims processing, multitasking under pressure, and training new hires—experience I bring to every client engagement.
