License Analyst II at Rhapsody, where I deployed an AI licensing assistant and streamlined Salesforce-to-Jira delivery.
What I'm looking for
At Rhapsody, I turn messy or evolving licensing processes into structured systems. I own the software licensing lifecycle across Rhapsody and Corepoint product lines, coordinating with Sales, Finance, Commercial, and CloudOps.
I designed and deployed an AI-powered licensing triage assistant for about 30 Sales reps, giving teams across time zones real-time answers outside standard business hours. I also partnered with Cloud Operations to build a Salesforce-to-Jira workflow that has processed 65+ Cloud product cases.
As a License Analyst I, I closed 4,500+ licensing cases and handled complex workflow redesigns and customer data audits from discovery through implementation. I built a 67-page Licensing 101 guide and used it to create a 10-day onboarding curriculum with 18 scenario-based exercises.
Outside Rhapsody, I co-founded Threads Through Austin, LLC, a direct-to-consumer face mask business that I took from concept to launch. I’m looking to keep growing in project management, change management, and operations roles where I can solve complex problems and keep cross-functional work moving.
