I'm seeking to leverage my expertise in claims submission and payment tracking to contribute to the success of your team.

At Health Prime International, I submit health insurance claims and support accurate healthcare billing. I prepare patient bills, verify billing information and supporting documents, and collect and apply payments.

I manage account records and outstanding balances, track incoming payments, and respond to billing enquiries and complaints. As Team Lead, I coach and support team members and coordinate workflows.
