What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to help a scaling, high-impact organization build fair performance systems, capable managers and a culture that holds as staff and the organization grow.

At Jobberman Nigeria, I deliver employability and soft-skills training to young professionals in person and virtually, and adapt instructional materials for different learning needs. I also supervise participant data entry, safeguarding the accuracy, completeness and confidentiality of records.

As a Business Development Service Provider at Enterprise Development Centre, Nigeria, I coach and mentor female entrepreneurs. I help clients identify capability gaps and work toward investment readiness, market access, financing and professional networks.

For Mindset’s Zero-Dose Vaccination Survey, in collaboration with the Gates Foundation, I supervised field enumerators and monitored adherence to survey protocol. I used spot-check audits and direct feedback to address quality issues, and resolved operational and participant-related concerns.

I founded and lead Zee Learning Annex, a youth-focused social impact initiative promoting leadership, entrepreneurship and essential life skills. I design curricula, facilitate workshops and build partnerships with schools, community centres and corporate organizations.
