I have 2 years of experience working as a content moderator at MAJOREL, where I focused on consistent, careful work and reliable follow-through. I also developed strong professional adaptability and a clear respect for rules and standards.

Before that, I worked for 1 year as a Costumer Support Agent at CALL WAY Call Center, supporting customers with care and professionalism. I also worked for 1 year as a Laborer at HYPERMEDIC Parapharmacy, building resilience and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

I’m currently building my foundation further through my Bachelor degree of Biology at Semlalia Faculty in Marrakech. Alongside this, I stay motivated through reading, sports, and travel, and I communicate confidently in Arabic (native), English (fluent), and French (fluent).
