At Amazon, I lead technical programs for hiring and pay systems, including the migration of India Customer Service hiring to Amazon’s 1P Hiring System and Global Pay Automation for Hourly Associates. The pay automation program replaced manual compensation entry with AI-based calculations and integrated with Amazon’s 1P compensation system.
Earlier at Infosys Technologies, I worked on Kubernetes migrations to Google Kubernetes Engine and Azure Kubernetes Services, and on middleware administration and containerization projects. My work has included designing deployment processes, implementing cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines, and supporting IBM middleware platforms.
