What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to enhance employee engagement and foster a supportive organizational culture, ideally within the NGO sector.

I am a Learning and Development Specialist with a Master's degree in Organisational and Occupational Psychology. My journey has been marked by a commitment to fostering supportive organizational cultures and enhancing employee engagement within the NGO sector. I pride myself on my exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, which allow me to connect with individuals at all levels and promote an inclusive workplace environment.

Throughout my career, I have held various roles that have honed my expertise in learning and development. At Majid Al Futtaim, I served as a Learning and Development Specialist, where I supported the deployment of company-wide learning initiatives. My previous experience as an Associate Consultant at Kincentric involved leadership assessment and development, focusing on succession planning and competency development. I am passionate about creating environments that inspire collaboration, resilience, and personal growth among staff.
