At IREX, I managed multi-country virtual exchange and sustainability programs connecting students across the U.S., Jordan, and Iraq. I scaled flagship initiatives to 6,000+ participants and supported workforce development through bi-national competitions and grant-supported prototypes.
I designed project-based and dialogue-based curricula adopted by 70+ faculty, and delivered training on design thinking, cross-cultural communication, and virtual collaboration. My work also included curricula integrating STEM and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
At IREX, I developed monitoring and evaluation frameworks, compliance tracking systems, and donor reporting tools. I also contributed performance reporting and program impact data to successful donor funding renewals.
Earlier, I worked as a Human Resources Officer at Amman Baccalaureate School, managing recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR analytics. At IREX's USAID Jordan Media Strengthening Program, I coordinated capacity-building workshops and public policy forums, and managed activity budgets and fellowship support.
