What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer support or administration role where I can handle enquiries, coordinate tasks, communicate professionally online, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

I've supported customers and business operations at Fatmy, Anemos, and The Favour, handling enquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

In remote customer support and administration roles, I've managed email communication, organised tasks, followed up on requirements, and supported accounting and social media activities.

I also tutor Grade 4–5 students, adapting lessons to individual needs and communicating patiently with students and parents. I'm comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, email, and social media platforms.
