I am a benefits and wealth-management professional who supports advisors and executives by delivering accurate operational and client services across wealth, benefits, and retirement. I ensure documentation, transaction processing, and compliance are handled precisely.

At Fidelity I partnered with executive planning consultants to implement client engagement strategies, improved Customer Experience to significantly above average for three consecutive quarters, and kept book management above average for four quarters using Salesforce, Tableau, and XTRAC. I also present digital-asset subject matter internally and proactively develop cryptocurrency training.

Earlier roles include private-client support at TD Wealth and international fitness coordination, where I led teams, developed schedules and budgets, and managed client programs. I hold certifications in Cryptocurrencies & Blockchain (Cornell), DACFP Blockchain and Digital Assets, Series 7 & 66 and SIE, and I mentor underserved students on financial literacy.
