I’m a dedicated and reliable Virtual Chat Assistant and Customer Service Representative, with hands-on experience supporting customers through live chat and clear written communication. I’m highly committed, detail-oriented, and open to learning new tools, systems, and processes to deliver excellent customer support.

Previously, I worked as a customer representative in a shoe company (2022–2023), responding to inquiries about products, prices, sizes, and availability. I assisted customers with orders and complaints, maintained a polite and professional communication style, and helped improve customer satisfaction through prompt responses and problem resolution.

I also gained practical site experience as a Site Supervisor in an estate management company (2025), where I supervised site activities and ensured smooth daily operations. I communicated effectively with management, workers, and clients, monitored work progress, and reported updates professionally while supporting coordination and documentation.

I’m now focused on bringing my customer relations, administrative support, multitasking, and issue follow-up skills to a remote role where I can keep customers supported, problems resolved, and operations running smoothly—calmly and professionally even under pressure.
