What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a healthcare revenue cycle or patient accounts role where I can reduce A/R, resolve denials and appeals, improve collections, and support accurate, timely claim processing.

I've spent 25+ years in medical billing, collections, and revenue cycle work, most recently resolving patient and insurance account balances at PFS Group Patient Financial Services. I review 60+ claims daily and drive complete claim adjudication through account-level follow-up.

At CRMS, part of American Addiction Centers, I helped increase daily collections from $200,000 in 2015 to $1 million per day in 2018 by resolving 120–180-day aging accounts, correcting claim forms, taxonomy codes, NPI information, and ICD-10 diagnoses.
