I am a seasoned medical billing, collections, and patient account professional with over 20 years of hands-on experience across physician practices, radiology, and insurance-facing roles. I consistently deliver excellent customer service, work collaboratively with teams, and maintain a positive, solutions-focused attitude.

In my current role as a Remote Patient Account Representative, I manage payer and guarantor communications, work denials and appeals, bill and re-bill claims, and ensure accurate documentation in EPIC and other practice management systems. I monitor denial trends and provide findings to leadership to drive process improvements.

Previously, I performed billing and collections for more than 25 offices and specialties, handled A/R reconciliation, established payment arrangements, and resolved complex billing issues with patients and third-party payers. I also served as a Senior Market Service Agent supporting providers with policy research and claims adjustments.

I bring deep technical proficiency with medical billing and practice systems (including EPIC, Medics Premier, MediSoft, Medical Manager, Eclipse, ECW) and a strong foundation in claims processing, appeals, and AR reporting. I am reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to improving revenue cycle performance.
