What I'm looking for
I’m a proactive professional offering over 5 years working in the airline industry, delivering exceptional customer service to passengers while following company regulations and rules to promote a safe environment. I stay calm and professional during intense emergency situations and consistently maintain readiness before and after every flight.
Before and alongside cabin crew work, I built strong technical and customer-facing experience as a Desktop Technician and IT Service Desk Analyst. I diagnosed and resolved hardware issues for customers, supported desktop systems, and improved network security by installing and configuring firewalls and anti-virus software.
More recently, I’m supporting community service work with EPWP Service Delivery Brigade at the Department of Social Development, handling household profiling, collect and capturing of data, community outreach, and administration support.
