I guide new customers through onboarding and implementation, resolve technical and operational issues, and translate diagnostic workflows into practical guidance for clinical practices.

Previously at Walgreens Boots Alliance, I coordinated specialty pharmacy care between Walgreens Healthcare and Mazzoni Center while following HIPAA and Pennsylvania regulations. I work across sales, billing, operations, medical personnel, and insurance providers to improve customer experiences, strengthen long-term partnerships, and turn feedback into product and service improvements.
