Through my internship experience, I supported customer engagement and promotional activities while learning branch-level banking products and marketing strategies. In my Social Media Marketing Intern role, I managed Instagram content and improved audience engagement by 20% through consistent posting, campaign planning, and brand-aligned visuals in Canva.

I also bring leadership and coordination experience from serving as HR Head for an NPO Kaarekamal, where I led team operations, managed task allocation, and increased active member participation. I strengthened donor communication and relationship building to support successful outreach.

My projects reinforce my ability to connect business goals with execution and analytics—building an e-commerce store using WooCommerce, developing a Shopify storefront, and creating Excel and Power BI dashboards for performance tracking.
