I'm seeking management, program analysis, or operations analysis work where I can use KPI reporting, process improvement, audit readiness, workforce analytics, and healthcare operations experience to strengthen complex multi-site programs.

At MAXIMUS, I oversee operational performance across nine Montana DPHHS healthcare locations, delivering twice-weekly KPI and operational reporting to executive leadership. I support a $4.5 million operating budget, audit readiness, SOP development, enterprise change initiatives, and regional turnaround work.
