At the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT), I lead procurement governance, risk management, compliance, and process improvement supporting more than 1,100 contracts and agreements annually, with a combined annual value exceeding $850M.
I developed a project insurance framework that reduced premiums by more than $1M for a $3.6B capital project. I also lead a Department of Justice class-exemption program that saves more than 2,500 business days and $165K annually.
At the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, I led development of a workers' compensation coverage-option assessment tool and a statewide underwriting database and risk report; each generated more than $100K in first-year premium savings. I also co-led a risk-mitigation consulting program and developed KPI dashboards for claims across 126 agencies.
Earlier, at Business Valuation Resources, I directed operations for financial-data products and publications generating more than 60% of company net revenue. I led a vendor-built platform rebuild and managed and coached a team of three financial analysts.
