I am a dedicated security professional and customer service specialist with hands-on experience in residential, educational, and retail settings. I have worked overnight and daytime shifts managing gate access, interacting with the public, and responding to incidents.

My roles have included unarmed security at a college dormitory, residential gate access control, and overnight stocking at a large retail store. I routinely answer phones, write incident reports, and assist customers and students with professionalism and care.

I hold an Associate degree in Security Services and Management and a high school diploma, and I bring strong punctuality, a hardworking ethic, and solid Microsoft Word skills to every role. I adapt quickly to shift work and overnight schedules.
