I founded First Ground to help founder-led SMEs build the structure, accountability and operating systems needed to scale with less dependency on the founder. I lead work from operational diagnosis through implementation, including ownership, decision rights, management rhythms, performance visibility and critical process redesign.

At a value-added tea manufacturer, I reduced routine founder decisions from 40+ to under 15 per week, lifted On-Time-In-Full delivery from 58% to 79%, and increased production from 3–4 to 8 runs per month. The operating system continued to work during a 14-day founder absence, with production, dispatch and sales running on schedule.

I've also led commercial, operational and project delivery work across hospitality, FMCG, sports media, e-commerce, infrastructure and professional services. My work has included scaling a sales team, improving deal closure and customer acquisition economics, coordinating a US$4M cricket tournament, and delivering feasibility, business-development and operational initiatives.
