What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in a marketing-focused role where I can apply analytical thinking, cross-cultural communication, social media and campaign skills, and technical fluency to help connect complex products with customer needs.

I've managed accounting and rental operations at Comfort Factory and Comfort Rent a Car in Sarajevo, handling customer needs, financial processes, and daily service delivery in parallel.

At Comfort Factory, I processed more than 100 monthly transactions, reconciled over 70 accounts, and built Excel- and Pantheon-based tracking systems that reduced payment-processing time by 70%. I maintained 95% accuracy and found zero discrepancies during internal audits.

At Comfort Rent a Car, I guided customers through vehicle selection, reservations, contracts, and issue resolution while coordinating fleet availability and maintenance scheduling.

I'm now studying Management with a concentration in Marketing and Accounting, alongside an Erasmus+ exchange in International Business and Marketing at OTH Regensburg.
