Yuri Rhema

I'm providing individual counseling at 3D Psychotherapy for clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, interpersonal challenges, and emotional distress. I use an integrative psychodynamic approach with expressive arts-based interventions, while conducting assessments, treatment planning, and risk assessments.

My work spans therapeutic groups, crisis prevention, emotional regulation, and family support. At Circle Care Services and TotalCare ABA Therapy, I've supported children with autism, partnered with families and schools, advocated for trauma-informed strategies, and connected families to community and clinical resources.

Through Spectrum of Light Healing Arts & Co., which I founded, I develop creative wellness workshops blending movement, music, visual arts, and drama therapy-informed practices. I create accessible, culturally responsive spaces for underserved communities and youth to build resilience, connection, and self-discovery.

I'm growing as a clinician who values curiosity, creativity, presence, compassion, and whole-person healing. My approach honors identity, nervous-system safety, choice, empowerment, and each person's evolving story.
