Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Psychotherapist delivering evidence-based, trauma-informed care.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (#009918) and Psychotherapist, grounded in an integrative, trauma-informed approach. I’ve worked across individual, family, group, and clinical supervision roles, supporting clients with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, addiction, and crisis situations.
My background includes biopsychosocial assessments using standardized screening instruments (including Mini-Mental State Exam, Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale, and Level of Service Case Management Inventory), along with treatment planning focused on objectives, goals, and progression. I also provide relapse prevention and harm reduction strategies, while advocating and liaising for community supports that promote integrated treatment.
I’m currently building on my clinical foundation through an Ed.D. in Community Care and Counseling with a specialization in Traumatology (Liberty University). Across settings—from intensive outpatient therapy and substance abuse counseling to FACT and functional family therapy—I bring culturally competent, collaborative care to help clients achieve treatment goals.
