What I'm looking for

I'm looking to expand access to student success, career pathways, and mental health care through data-informed programming, cross-sector partnerships, and trauma-informed support for diverse populations.

At Charlie Health, I facilitate 20+ weekly virtual IOP therapy groups for adolescents and adults, using trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation and strong participant reviews.

At Harris County Department of Education, I support career and postsecondary programming for 5,000+ adult learners. I led a career fair for 200+ learners with 18 employer and education partners, built outcome-tracking systems, and created a career newsletter reaching 3,000+ monthly views.

I've also guided students through academic advising, admissions, classroom instruction, behavioral intervention, and clinical counseling. Across higher education, K-12, workforce development, and behavioral health, I use data, partnerships, and responsive support to improve engagement, retention, and wellbeing.
