I'm looking for a workflow automation or CRM-focused role where I can build integrations, optimize business processes, resolve technical workflow issues, and continue growing my automation and Python skills.

I've configured and optimized GoHighLevel CRM workflows at BaloonBay Automation, building custom pipelines, lead and order sorting, triggers, and core system functionality.

I created automated scenarios in Make.com that extend GHL through external APIs, Ukrainian webhooks, and third-party tools. I also diagnosed API request errors, payload issues, and integration failures to keep operational workflows moving smoothly.

At UnitedTech, I process high-volume user data and content submissions under strict SLAs and platform policies. I monitor system flags, report recurring data issues, resolve incidents, and escalate complex technical edge cases with cross-functional support teams.

I'm studying Computer Engineering while applying technical logic, Python automation, and disciplined operational execution to reduce manual work and remove process bottlenecks.
