What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build and scale AI-driven automation for online reputation—owning end-to-end workflows, analytics, and SLA performance—while collaborating with brand and support teams in a remote, execution-focused environment.

I’m an Automation & ORM Specialist with hands-on experience building AI-powered systems for mobile app reputation management. At Skelar, I designed and launched end-to-end automation workflows— from review collection to LLM-generated responses and publishing for App Store and Trustpilot—without a technical background.

I built an n8n + LLM review response workflow that automated collection, response generation, agent approval, and publishing, reducing manual handling time by 60%. I also configured Zendesk triggers, webhooks, and automations to streamline ORM workflows, separated ORM and Support channels, and developed analytics dashboards tracking SLA, FRT, contact reasons, and reply volume per agent. Currently building my own review management SaaS.
