I’m a Content Designer with 4+ years of end-to-end experience crafting digital product copy, UX writing, and content systems. I translate complex product logic into clear, user-centred language—from onboarding flows and UI microcopy to policy documents and marketing content—so people always know what to do next.

In my role, I designed and wrote all user-facing content for multiple digital products from scratch, owning the full content lifecycle across discovery, design, launch, and iteration. I built scalable UX content systems, wrote onboarding sequences, error messages, empty states, tooltips, CTAs, and user guidance, and ensured platform and exchange policies (including Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and AML/KYC documentation) were precise and regulatory-appropriate.

I also focus on content operations and quality at speed: I integrated LLM-based workflows into content production, using AI for drafting, structural review, and scaling repetitive copy while keeping editorial ownership and quality control. Through research and competitive analysis, I turned content gaps and user pain points into prioritized briefs and feature copy, collaborating closely with developers, designers, and marketing specialists.

Outside product teams, I’ve led end-to-end content for digital education—curriculum design, lesson scripts, post-production copy, and multi-stage launch materials—plus I’ve coordinated documentation-heavy work in logistics where clarity and zero-ambiguity written communication mattered every day.
