I've spent three years living and working independently in Australia across hospitality, agriculture, manufacturing, restaurants, cafés, farms, factories, and packaging environments.

In customer-facing roles, I responded to customer needs and requests professionally, worked under pressure during busy periods, and collaborated with coworkers and supervisors from diverse cultural backgrounds. I adapt quickly to new teams, procedures, responsibilities, and unexpected situations while taking ownership of assigned work.

I also have two years of event planning and coordination experience in Taiwan. I supported event preparation, logistics, scheduling, on-site coordination, and communication among clients, participants, vendors, and team members.

I'm looking to bring my customer communication, problem-solving, organization, and remote-working skills to an international Customer Support, Customer Service, or Customer Experience team. I'm especially interested in AI tools, automation, and digital workflows.
