What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote work where I can combine customer support with translation/interpreting skills—communicating clearly, solving problems fast, and helping create high-quality user experiences in a multicultural team.

I’m a Translation and Interpreting student with strong international experience and excellent communication skills in multicultural environments. I provide direct customer service to international guests in multiple languages, and I’m comfortable working in fast-paced settings where clarity matters.

I’m highly adaptable and proactive, with hands-on experience in customer interaction, problem solving, and team coordination. I’ve also organized and coordinated group activities as a Tourist Entertainer, and I’m passionate about delivering high-quality user experiences in remote settings while drawing on my intercultural communication experience from Taiwan and academic stay in France.
