I'm a Project Manager with 4+ years leading end-to-end delivery for B2B SaaS teams. Most recently, at GP Solutions, I manage a cross-functional department of 40+ (development, QA, BA, and support) and a portfolio of 21 corporate accounts, owning both the delivery and the client relationship behind it.

Earlier, as Project Manager for the same company, I ran 4-7 concurrent backend projects at a time, delivered 30+ releases on 2-3 month cycles, and cut our release defect rate from 15-17% to 3-4% by introducing structured code review, pre-release retrospectives, and QA automation. In 2024, an internal company-wide audit rated my team the most satisfied and engaged among ~300 employees, the result of regular 1:1s, a skills matrix, and individual growth roadmaps I built for them.

On the account side, I replaced ad hoc client contact with a structured cadence of bi-weekly calls and written progress reports, introduced business-impact prioritization for support (cutting an unstructured ~20-ticket queue down to 10-15 triaged by real client impact), and built the usage analytics that let Sales move clients from flat-fee to percentage-based contracts.

I work comfortably with Agile/Scrum/Kanban, Jira, Confluence, and distributed cross-functional teams across time zones, and I've been integrating AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) into testing, code review, and reporting to speed up delivery.

Before project management, I trained as a professional violinist and later as an economist - a path that still shows up in how I organize things outside of work: I co-organize retreats for IT professionals and community music festivals in Minsk.

Domains of interest: ideally in music tech, art/creative tools, entertainment, gamedev, digital, or fintech, where I can bring the same end-to-end delivery discipline to a product I'm genuinely excited about.
