I’m a project manager with 4 years of BigTech experience, focused on delivering end-to-end outcomes through Agile execution. I optimize development and deployment workflows, strengthen UI/API development processes, and turn customer feedback into clear product roadmaps.

In my current role, I lead PM/BA and support teams, manage multi-account portfolios, and coordinate cross-departmental collaboration. I’m responsible for planning through Scrum (2-week sprints), onboarding and training, and using team performance and product metrics to make data-driven decisions.

Previously, I managed multiple backend development projects from BA phase to release and delivered 30+ projects to live. I also spearheaded integrating AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, DeepSeek) into testing and code review processes, increasing development speed by 15%.

Earlier in my career, I managed investment projects across BigData, Crypto Mining, and e-Commerce, overseeing the full lifecycle from initiation to closure. I bring that same discipline to project planning, risk and budget ownership, and building long-term client relationships as a primary point of contact.
