I’ve led digital transformation initiatives and designed and optimized internal business processes to create technology-driven efficiency improvements. I enjoy building products that connect business stakeholders with technical teams, using customer-centric problem solving to move from real-world needs to structured results.

My work spans multi-tenant AI and SaaS platforms, including AI-powered quotation and document workflows, property management with workflow automation and AI-assisted processing, and AI-enhanced compliance and auditing solutions (e.g., GDPR audit tooling and offline-first PWA architectures).
