What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead AI implementation and digital transformation initiatives where I can coordinate cross-functional teams, move AI products from proof of concept to adoption, and deliver measurable operational and business outcomes.

At Digital Plus Solutions, I coordinate AI implementation projects from requirements gathering and proof of concept through pilots, production deployment, and user adoption. I work across engineering, QA, vendors, business stakeholders, and executive leadership to manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, governance, and KPIs.

I've supported delivery of production GenAI agents, including a natural-language database intelligence tool and a RAG-based multi-document search platform for private PDFs. I also coordinate AI automation tools for real estate workflows, covering virtual staging, voice assistants, email prioritization, and automated marketing content.

Earlier, I delivered ERP, infrastructure, telecom, and SaaS initiatives, including city-wide ArcGIS dashboards that contributed $500K in revenue and projects contributing over $2M in profits. I bring PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, AWS Cloud Practitioner, and Azure AI Fundamentals training to Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery.
